The American Standard rep I dealt with was a good guy. The installation of the tub went smooth too. It took less than a day. The installers got out of here by lunch. I'm happy with the tub. It was cheaper, less expensive than Kohler. I thought it was just as good and had more features. But all-around, it's a better product than Kohler.
